Our working line puppies generally range from $2000 - $3000 and show lines generally range from $2800 - $3800. These are general price ranges and pricing can vary depending on pedigrees and individual puppies. Deposits are required in order to be placed on the waiting list and are non-refundable, although deposits can be transferred to another upcoming litter, if requested or if there are not enough puppies in a litter to accommodate everyone on our list. Deposits can be transferred no more than twice and will only be held for two years before it is forfeited. Puppies generally will be sold as "pet quality" unless evaluated as "working quality" by a professional trainer. Most puppies would do well in ACTIVE companion homes and in homes wanting to start in club level Schutzhund (IPO) Dog sports. All puppies come with pre-paid AKC registration, litter pedigree, micro-chipped, Up-to-Date on vaccinations, de-wormed, started on heart-worm medication, vet health record, puppy gift basket (bowl, leash, collar, food, toy, blanket, etc), and hip/health guarantee per written contract. All puppies sold will be either DM "Clear" or "Carrier" - Puppies will NOT be "AT RISK" for DM per parentage.
All puppies are sold with LIMITED AKC registration which can be converted to FULL registration once the puppy passes the required health certifications as specified in the written contract. This is done in order to protect the German Shepherd breed from being plagued with genetic health problems due to poor breeding practices.
Deposits are $500.00 and are non-refundable. We accept Zelle, Venmo and Personal Checks for Deposits. We can also provide a link to pay via Good Dog. Understanding Hip and Elbow ratings
Since the AKC requires no genetic health testing for hips/elbows, we use the SV model (passing hips required in Germany since 1966). Passing hips range from A-Normal to Noch-Zugelassen. For Elbows, passing ranges from Normal (0/0) to ED Noch-Zugelassen (1/1). Below are the charts to help explain the ratings.
This litter will be a 100% show-line breeding and should produce low-moderate drives with moderate energy. We expect these puppies to be highly intelligent with excellent trainability. This litter should produce potential for conformation, therapy, entry level type AKC dog sports and active companion pets. All puppies will be long coat and black/red in coloring based on genetic trait testing. All puppies will be DM Clear per parentage.
Dam is Darja Team vom Demina Hof, BH, IPG1, who was imported from Serbia. Darja has obtained her IPG1 title, which encompasses protection, obedience and tracking. She has certified a-normal hips/elbows, is DM Clear and has been Embark Vet DNA tested "Clear" for all 270+ illnesses tested for known to have a genetic component. Darja also has AKC DNA on file. Darja is a sweet girl who gets along well with all our dogs, including other females. She's very social, has no leash reactivity and is confident in all environments.
Sire will be Arrko Robixson, BH, IPO1, CGC, CGCU, CGCA, SD, VHMA, TKN, TKI, TKA - Owned and loved by Vom Osuna German Shepherds. Arrko has FCI A1 hips, 0/0 elbows, is DM Clear, Full Embark Panel (Clear) and has AKC DNA on file. Arrko was imported from Poland and is of West German/Polish Show Lines. We are very excited to announce the planned mating of our Aschenputtel vom Amur and Havoc vom Haus Middleton. This will be a combination of working and show lines, with an emphasis on conformation and drive. We expect puppies to be highly intelligent with enough drive to perform a job, have excellent focus, moderate energy and a very nice on/off switch.
The dam is SG Aschenputtel vom Amur, RATI, who was imported from Germany. Aschenputtel, call name Asche, has a-normal hips and elbows and is DM Clear. Asche has also been Embark DNA tested and is clear of all 250 + illness with a known genetic component. Asche is confident, social and very affectionate. She has great food drive, moderate/low toy drive and moderate energy. Asche does carry for both dominant and recessive black, as well as long coat.
Havoc vom Haus Middleton is the great-grandson of my now deceased Police K9 partner, Tex vom Erlenbush. Havoc has a pedigree filled with famous dogs, including the 2000 working dog champion, Asko von der Lutter. Havoc has a nice on/off switch and can go from fierce protection dog to sweet, cuddly family pet. Havoc was raised by us and has produced some of our favorite puppies over the years. He enjoys playing fetch, chasing passing cars and absolutely LOVES to swim in pretty much any body of water, including water troughs on hot, summer days. Havoc lives in a "Guardian" home with his family, sheep and livestock protection dogs. Havoc has OFA Fair hips and 0/1 elbows. Havoc is DM Clear and has been Embark DNA tested and is not at risk of any of the 250+ illnesses tested for.
Based on DNA traits, this litter should produce 63% solid black puppies, 25% sables and 13% black with tan point and black masking. Both Havoc and Asche are stock coat, but both do carry the gene to produce long coats. Based on this information, we expect MOSTLY stock coats with the potential for some long coats.
The pricing for this litter is $2500 for either males or females.
