Our working line puppies generally range from $2000 - $3000 and show lines generally range from $2800 - $3800. These are general price ranges and pricing can vary depending on pedigrees and individual puppies. Deposits are required in order to be placed on the waiting list and are non-refundable, although deposits can be transferred to another upcoming litter, if requested or if there are not enough puppies in a litter to accommodate everyone on our list. Deposits can be transferred no more than twice and will only be held for two years before it is forfeited. Puppies generally will be sold as "pet quality" unless evaluated as "working quality" by a professional trainer. Most puppies would do well in ACTIVE companion homes and in homes wanting to start in club level Schutzhund (IPO) Dog sports. All puppies come with pre-paid AKC registration, litter pedigree, micro-chipped, Up-to-Date on vaccinations, de-wormed, started on heart-worm medication, vet health record, puppy gift basket (bowl, leash, collar, food, toy, blanket, etc), and hip/health guarantee per written contract. All puppies sold will be either DM "Clear" or "Carrier" - Puppies will NOT be "AT RISK" for DM per parentage.
All puppies are sold with LIMITED AKC registration which can be converted to FULL registration once the puppy passes the required health certifications as specified in the written contract. This is done in order to protect the German Shepherd breed from being plagued with genetic health problems due to poor breeding practices.
Deposits are $500.00 and are non-refundable. We accept Zelle, Venmo and Personal Checks for Deposits. We can also provide a link to pay via Good Dog. Understanding Hip and Elbow ratings
Since the AKC requires no genetic health testing for hips/elbows, we use the SV model (passing hips required in Germany since 1966). Passing hips range from A-Normal to Noch-Zugelassen. For Elbows, passing ranges from Normal (0/0) to ED Noch-Zugelassen (1/1). Below are the charts to help explain the ratings.
We are very excited to announce the planned mating of our Aschenputtel vom Amur and Havoc vom Haus Middleton. This will be a combination of working and show lines, with an emphasis on conformation and drive. We expect puppies to be highly intelligent with enough drive to perform a job, have excellent focus, moderate energy and a very nice on/off switch.
The dam is SG Aschenputtel vom Amur, RATI, who was imported from Germany. Aschenputtel, call name Asche, has a-normal hips and elbows and is DM Clear. Asche has also been Embark DNA tested and is clear of all 250 + illness with a known genetic component. Asche is confident, social and very affectionate. She has great food drive, moderate/low toy drive and moderate energy. Asche does carry for both dominant and recessive black, as well as long coat.
Havoc vom Haus Middleton is the great-grandson of my now deceased Police K9 partner, Tex vom Erlenbush. Havoc has a pedigree filled with famous dogs, including the 2000 working dog champion, Asko von der Lutter. Havoc has a nice on/off switch and can go from fierce protection dog to sweet, cuddly family pet. Havoc was raised by us and has produced some of our favorite puppies over the years. He enjoys playing fetch, chasing passing cars and absolutely LOVES to swim in pretty much any body of water, including water troughs on hot, summer days. Havoc lives in a "Guardian" home with his family, sheep and livestock protection dogs. Havoc has OFA Fair hips and 0/1 elbows. Havoc is DM Clear and has been Embark DNA tested and is not at risk of any of the 250+ illnesses tested for.
Based on DNA traits, this litter should produce 63% solid black puppies, 25% sables and 13% black with tan point and black masking. Both Havoc and Asche are stock coat, but both do carry the gene to produce long coats. Based on this information, we expect MOSTLY stock coats with the potential for some long coats.
The pricing for this litter is $2500 for either males or females.

We are super excited to announce our S2 Litter with our Graceful Madelyn vom Haus Middleton (Maddie) and UKC CH IntCH Esteemed K9's Don't Kiss and Tell, DS (Smooch - owned and loved by Crescent Lake Shepherds). This litter will consist of ALL SABLE long-coated puppies with suspected moderate drives and moderate energy. They will all be exposed to various sounds, flooring, obstacles, environments, other dogs and our two cats. This will be both Maddie's and Smooch's first litter so we can't wait to see the amazing dogs they produce together!
Maddie is a coated black/red WGSL with a tad bit of Czech working lines mixed in a few generations back for the purpose of outbreeding. We imported Maddie's maternal grandmother, Meggy von der Fangschleuse, IPO1, from Germany and her great, great Grandpa was my very first shepherd, Tex vom Erlenbusch, Sch1, who was also imported from Germany. Maddie's sire, Arrko Robixson, IPO1, is a coated WGSL imported from Poland. Maddie has "Good" hips, "normal" elbows and is DM/Embark "Clear".
The sire, Smooch, has his UKC Champion status and title in Dock Diving. Smooch is medium energy, medium-high drive (high toy/food). Smooch is described as a neutral go with the flow type of dog who is happy to do whatever you're doing. He loves his family and pack, is neutral to strangers, unknown dogs, cats, wildlife, etc. He has no same-sex aggression, no handler aggression or dog aggression. He has "Fair" hips, "normal" elbows, is a DM "Carrier" (not at risk) and is otherwise Embark Clear.
The pricing for this litter is $3000 for either males or females.

Graceful Madelyn vom Haus Middleton & Esteemed K9's Don't Kiss and Tell
PREGNANCY CONFIRMED VIA ULTRASOUND ON 03/04/2026
EXPECTED TO WHELP MARCH 30TH & READY FOR NEW HOMES APPROXIMATELY MAY 25TH, 2026
WAITLIST IS OPEN FOR FEMALES ONLY
EXPECTED TO WHELP EARLY MAY - READY TO GO HOME END OF JUNE 2026
NATURAL MATING OCCURRED ON MARCH 6TH, 2026
WAITLIST IS OPEN - THIS IS OUR LAST LITTER OF 2026
This is a planned repeat mating between our Czech import, VD Donar Skocicka samota, ZVV1 and our Princess Sophia vom Haus Middleton (call name Sophie). Donar was imported from the Czech Republic, where he received his "Very Good" show rating and "ZVV1" working title. Additionally, Donar was evaluated as "recommended for breeding" by a Judge while in the Czech Republic. Donar has certified a-normal hips/elbows, is DM Clear, Spondy-0 and is not at risk for developing 256 genetically identified illnesses via Embark testing.
Sophie is the daughter of our Czech Import Zea Kateko, ZVV1 and is a descendent of our Czech Import Uma z Holykova, IPO2 and my West German import, Tex vom Erlenbusch, Sch1, Police Dog. Sophie is a heavy-boned, powerful girl with beautiful structure. She has a very nice "off" switch, no handler aggression and gets along well with both male and female dogs. Sophie has OFA certified "Good" hips and "normal" elbows. Additionally, Sophie is DM Clear and is not at risk for developing 256 genetically identified illnesses via Embark testing.
These puppies should have excellent natural protective instincts and drives. The last mating in 2025 resulted in three females and three males. Those puppies went to family homes with children, other dogs and cats. We suspect these puppies would do well in protection, competitive dog sports, SAR, therapy, service work and in active companion homes with previous GSD experience (or other herding/working breeds) or with people willing to work with a trainer to better understand the needs of this particular breed. They will be extremely intelligent and focused with excellent trainability. All of our dogs are exposed to a variety of adults, children, other dogs, cats, chickens, etc. for maximum socialization. All puppies will be stock coat (short) as Sophie does not carry the gene to produce long coats. Colors expected are sable, bi-color and black/tan.
The pricing for this litter is $2500 for either males or females.
